Is the bus quote free?Yes, it's cost- and commitment-free! Please fill in our form to get a quote within 3 business hours. The form only takes 1-2 minutes to accomplish.

What are your payment terms?We require 50% down payment to secure your booking, and the full payment 5 days before your rental date. This is to ensure that your rental is secured, and we will no longer be accepting other clients for your slot. Payment may be made through our office (please make an appointment with us beforehand), through online or bank transfer, and GCASH.

Can I add pickup locations or stop-overs?Yes, we may add pickup locations as long as it is within a designated parking lot, as well as stop-overs at gas stations. This is subject to additional charges depending on the location of the additional pickup point. We strictly prohibit picking up and dropping off passengers along the street or roadside.

We are renting multiple buses. May we request a discount?Of course! You may request further discounts. We send quotes with competitive rates, however you are eligible for further discounts depending on the number of units you will be renting.

What are the inclusions in the quote we will receive?The inclusion are use of the 49-seater bus, roundtrip toll fees, diesel, driver's meals and expenses, use of the equipment such as TV, microphone, and karaoke.

What e-mail can I directly send my RFQ (Request for Quotation) to?Please send your RQF to sales@haranahtours.net and we will send you a quote within 3 business hours.

Until when can I pay to reserve the bus?In order for your slot to be reserved, we require a 50% down payment. We recommend to settle this as soon as possible, as your slots may run out.

Can I get an official receipt?Our transportation officer will coordinate with you regarding the details to be inputted in the official receipt and send you a soft copy before your rental rate. The hard copy will be given to you by our driver during your rental date.

Can I cancel my booking?Payments made are non-refundable, and your bus rental booking may only be rescheduled to a different day (subject to the availability of our buses on your new target date).
